Going Gold Class....

Another sleep in and then some t.v watching. "Australia" was on the movie channel and as we had not watched it thought we would....and I must say we really liked it. As it goes for so long it was lunch time before it finished and we decided to go for a ride to Phuket Town for a look. We rode around looking for somewhere exciting to stop and settled on one of the main streets. We found a nice little place to eat and then walked a bit. We didn't find anything too exciting so we headed to Central Festival to kill time before going to the movies. I got a pedicure and my toe nails painted and then it was time to go to the cinema. We decided to splash out and go to the gold class cinema which cost about $23. We got there an hour before the movie so we could get the drinks and snacks that are part of the ticket and also relax in the comfy chairs. When we went in and were taken to our cool double recliner we were trying to work out how to recline and were pushing and pulling the knob only to realise that you just have to touch it and it is electric....lol.....losers. Before the movie starts they play the national anthem and a video of the King and you have to stand up....quite strange really. So then we snuggled up with our blankets as they bought our drinks and popcorn (which we ate before the movie even started....lucky it's unlimited) and watched "About Time" which is a really good movie. I can't believe we have now watched a new release movie before Danielle :) It was well worth the extra money and was like being at home but with a mega big t.v. It was 10pm when we got out and headed home and off course ended the night with some cooking shows. Alvo xoxo
